NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 3, 2018, and entered in Case No. 36-2017-CA-002756 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-6, is the Plaintiff and UV Cite II, LLC; Ciro Herrera; Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Melissa Durelli; Unknown Party #2 n/k/a Anthony Durelli; Venetian Palms of Ft. Myers Condominium Association, Inc.; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 3 day of December, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
