Bolen; Unknown Spouse of Jeffrey A. Bolen; HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee for Wells Fargo Home Equity Asset-Backed Securities 2006-3 Trust, Home Equity Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-3 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the Nov. 2, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 12 & 13, BLOCK 2535, UNIT 36, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE(S) 112 THROUGH 130, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
