NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 3, 2018, entered in Case No. 18-CA-001283 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Argent Securities Inc., Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-M2 is the Plaintiff and Carolyn L. Williams a/k/a Carolyn Lynette Williams; Unknown Spouse of Carolyn L. Williams a/k/a Carolyn Lynette Williams; United States of America, Department of the Treasury-Internal Revenue Service are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the January 2, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, BLOCK 9, UNIT 2, SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COUNT, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 29, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
