NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 3, 2018, and entered in Case No. 17-CA-001036, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS , CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF HELEN O. LOT 133, THE HARBORAGE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGE(S) 4 THROUGH 9, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
