Condominium Unit STO2, SANIBEL HARBOUR YACHT CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM,
together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded by Instrument No. 2006000142556, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
