NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated September 12, 2018, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-002067 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and GILBERT GARCIA, JR, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 15 day of November, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 30, Block 14, Panther Trace Phase 2B-1, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 110, Page 240, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
