NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 24, 2018, entered in Case No. 17-CA-006729 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Ixis Real Estate Capital Trust 2007-HE1 Mortgage Pass Through Certificates, Series 2007-HE1 is the Plaintiff and Michael Quirantes; Unknown Spouse of Michael Quirantes are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 29th day of October, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 22, in Block 37, EAST TAMPA SUBDIVISION, according to the Map or Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 103, as recorded in the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
