Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure or Order dated October 4, 2018, entered in Civil Case No. 18-CC-007133, in the COUNTY COURT in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein TERRACE RIVER LANDINGS TOWNHOME ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff, and AYMAN OSMAN, et al., are the Defendants, Pat Frank, HILLSBOROUGH County Clerk of the Court, will sell the property situated in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, described as:
Lot 11, Terrace River, Phase 2, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 104, Pages 156 through 160, inclusive, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on the 30th day of November, 2018. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
