NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 5, 2018, and entered in Case No. 52-2017-CA-005179 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Banc of America Funding Corporation Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-H, is the Plaintiff and Emily J. Russell f/k/a Emily J. Turner, John E. Russell, Bonaventure Community Association, Inc., Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Megan Burd, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 6th day of November, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT 102, BUILDING K, PHASE 3, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF BONAVENTURE CONDOMINIUM III, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6427, PAGE 2134, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO AND THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 94, PAGES 58 THROUGH 62, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
