YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for homeowners assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, WINDING WOOD CONDOMINIUM VIII ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Unit No. 144C, WINDING WOOD CONDOMINIUM VIII, PHASE 3, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in O.R. Book 4641, Page 917, as amended, and being further described in the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 26, Pages 98-102, and any amendments thereto, all inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 2575 Forest Run Court, Clearwater, Florida, 33761.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Daniel J. Greenberg, Esquire, of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant & Greenberg, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before November 12, 2018, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
