That part of Water Lot 28, of F.A. Kramer Subdivision Unit 4, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 32, page 41, public records of Pinellas County, Florida, as follows:
Begin at the NE corner of Lot 7, of F.A. Kramer Subdivision Unit 4, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 32, page 41, public records of Pinellas County, Florida, and run thence East on the North boundary line of said Water Lot 28 a distance of 13 feet, run thence South parallel to the East line of said Lot 7 a distance of 104.4 feet; run thence West 13 feet to the SE corner of said Lot 7, run thence North along the East line of Lot 7 a distance of 104.4 feet to the Point of Beginning.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any to it on Charles S. McCall, Esq., the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 7650 W. Courtney Campbell Causeway, Suite 1150, Tampa, Florida, 33607, within (30) days after November 9, 2018 first publication of this notice and file the original with the Clerk of this court either before service upon Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; Otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
