SYNSTAD; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ERIC C. SYNSTAD, IF ANY; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); PNC BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONAL CITY BANK are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on November 06, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 31, UNIT ONE BELLEAIR BEACH, ACCORDING TO THE UNRECORDED PLAT THEREOF ATTACHED TO WARRANTY DEED DATED MARCH 1, 1944, GIVEN BY KIRKEBY HOTELS, INC. TO ARNOLD S. KIRKEBEY, FILED IN OFFICE OF CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA ON MARCH 10, 1944 IN DEED BOOK 963, PAGE 473, INSTRUMENT NUMBER 687555, LYING AND BEING IN SECTION 31, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST. BEING THE SAME PREMISES AS CONVEYED IN DEED FROM CHARLES P. HAY RECORDED 6-24-02 IN DOCUMENT NUMBER 02-237087, BOOK 12072, PAGE 2020 IN SAID COUNTY AND STATE.
