NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 29, 2018, entered in Case No. 17-004092-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Caliber Home Loans, Inc. is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of William F. Myers a/k/a William Forrest Myers, Deceased; Shannon A. Myers; Corwin Nicholas Myers, a minor in the care of his mother and natural guardian, Shannon Ann Myers are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 30th day of October, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, FAIRWAY TERRACE REFILE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGE 12, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
