NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 29, 2018, entered in Case No. 17-002091-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for HarborView Mortgage Loan trust, Mortgage Loan Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-5 is the Plaintiff and Amelio P. Marino; Unknown Spouse of Amelio P. Marino; Rose A. Marino; Unknown Spouse of Rose A. Marino; Imperial Cove Condominium IX Association, Inc.; United States of America, Department of the Treasury - Internal Revenue Service are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 30th day of October, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 510, IMPERIAL COVE CONDOMINIUM IX, ACCORDING TO THE TERMS, CONDITIONS, COVENANTS, EASEMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS AS CONTAINED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OR BOOK 4249, PAGE 1180, AMENDED IN OR BOOK 4529, PAGE 1053, OR BOOK 4591, PAGE 67, OR BOOK 5413, PAGE 372, OR BOOK 5413, PAGE 379, OR BOOK 6496, PAGE 1285 AND OR BOOK 6496, PAGE 1289, AND THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 20, PAGES 68-77, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
