NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 5, 2018, and entered in Case No. 52-2018-CA-000305 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Greenpoint Mortgage Funding Trust Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-AR1, is the Plaintiff and Daniel Scavelli a/k/a Daniel J. Scavelli, Rochelle Kropinak, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for GreenPoint Mortgage Funding, Inc., Windjammer Condominium Association - St. Pete, Inc., and Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 6th day of November, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO. 1216, WINDJAMMER, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 111, PAGE(S) 1 THROUGH 13, INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 7935, PAGE 465 ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
