NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 28, 2018, entered in Case No. 2014-CA-002539-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust is the Plaintiff and Lois K. Rose a/k/a Lois K. Luse a/k/a Lois Kay Luse a/k/a Lois Kay Rose, as Trustee of the Lois K. Rose a/k/a Lois K. Luse a/k/a Lois Kay Luse a/k/a Lois Kay Rose Revocable Trust Dated April 24, 2002; The Unknown Beneficiaries Trustees of the Lois K. Rose a/k/a Lois K. Luse a/k/a Lois Kay Luse a/k/a Lois Kay Rose Revocable Trust Dated April 24, 2002; Lois K. Rose a/k/a Lois K. Luse a/k/a Lois Kay Luse a/k/a Lois Kay Rose; Lois K. Rose a/k/a Lois Kay Rose a/k/a Lois Kay Luse a/k/a Lois K. Luse Irrevocable Income Trust Dated May 17, 2007; Lois K. Rose a/k/a Lois K. Luse a/k/a Lois Kay Luse a/k/a Lois Kay Rose Revocable Trust Dated April 24, 2002; any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under and against the herein named individual defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants; County Address Community Association, Inc; The Unknown Beneficiaries Trustees of the Lois K. Luse, Trustee of the Lois K. Luse Irrevocable Trust dated May 17, 2007; Tenant #1 n/k/a Maritza Perez; Tenant #2 n/k/a Trina Gomez; Tenant #3; Tenant #4 are the Defendants, that Tiffany Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 5th day of November, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 106, COUNTRY ADDRESS PHASE IIA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE 91, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
