NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 8th day of October, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2016-CA-005768-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC., is the Plaintiff and CECILE MARCOUX; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ACTING THROUGH SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; THE INDEPENDENT SAVINGS PLAN COMPANY; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A ELIZABETH MARCOUX; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A ARTHUR MARCOUX; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNESS, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST EUGENE F. MARCOUX, SR., DECEASED; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 11th day of December, 2018 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL as the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK T, ROBINSWOOD SECTION NINE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK X, PAGE 148 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
