The Plaintiff has instituted this action against you seeking to foreclose a residential mortage with respect to the property described below.
The Plaintiff in this action is PARLAMENT FINANCIAL INC.
The Plaintiff filed this action against you on August 9, 2018 in the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, Civil Division, Case No: 2018 CA 008647.
The property that is the subject matter of this action is in Sarasota County, Florida, and is described as follows:
RICHMOND HEIGHTS, UNIT FOUR, 1/68 LOT 29, BLK 19, SEE 2451/828 according to the plat thereof as recorded in public records of Orange County, Florida.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to David Delrahim, Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is Englander Fischer, 721 First Avenue North, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701 on or before 30 days from the first date of publication, and to file the original of the defenses with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter. If a defendant fails to do so, a default will be entered against that defendant for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
