NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 9, 2018 and entered in Case No. 2018-CA-005668-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST V is the Plaintiff and MARVA D. FORTSON and KC FORTSON A/K/A K.C. FORTSON are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at public sale on JANUARY 9, 2019, at 11:00 A.M. at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
