Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed on the 9th day of October, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2018000490CC in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein CREEKSIDE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY is the Plaintiff and MYINT HOLLAND is the Defendant.
That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com on the 8th day of November, 2018 at 11:00 a.m., the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Lot 4, Block 1, of CREEKSIDE, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 19, Pages 14A through 14M, Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner(s) as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
