DINAH MORGAN, LINDA NEELY, and THE LINCOLN NATIONAL LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY

YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action related to : (i) tortious interference with a testamentary expectancy; (ii) exploitation of an elderly individual; (iii) conspiracy; and (iv) the Johnny H. Thomas and Peggy J. Thomas Inter Vivos Trust, as well as, certain life insurance proceeds resulting from Johnny H. Thomas' death has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Daniel P. VanEtten, Esquire, Blalock Walters, P.A., 802 11th Street West, Bradenton, Florida 34205, on or before NOVEMBER 22, 2018, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
