NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 2, 2018, and entered in Case No. 41-2012-CA-002991 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Aurora Loan Services, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Raymond Penaloza, Simona Penaloza, Barnett Recovery, General Motors Acceptance Corporation, Tenant #1 n/k/a Josephine Penaloza, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 16th day of November, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
