Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the County Court of Manatee County, Florida, I will sell the following property situated in Manatee County, Florida described as:
Lot 13, SHEFFIELD GLENN, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 52, Page 190, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
At the public sale to the highest and best bidder, for cash, via internet: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on November 8, 2018.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
