NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 11, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-001903, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST BY PURCHASE FROM THE FDIC AS RECEIVER OF WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA, is Plaintiff and MUSSARAT DASS A/K/A JULIANA DASS A/K/A MUSSARAT JOSEPH; A. JOSEPH AS TRUSTEE OF THE ISHAQ WILLIAMS TRUST; JAWED DASS A/K/A JAWED WILLIAM DASS; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. CRYSTAL K. KINZEL, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash ON THE THIRD FLOOR LOBBY OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, at 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES in COLLIER County, FLORIDA 34112, at 11:00 A.M., on the 8 day of November, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 150 FEET OF TRACT 112 OF GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 81, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 19, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.2.065.
