NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued in Pasco County Civil Court, Court of Pasco County, Florida on the 10th day of August, 2018, in the cause wherein Frederick Pate Clements, et al, was Plaintiff, and David Spezza, et al, was Defendant, being case number 512009CA9587ES in said Court.
I, Chris Nocco, as Sheriff of Pasco County, Florida, have levied upon all the right, title, and interest of the defendant, David Spezza, et al, in and to the following described property, to wit:

The North 193.92 feet of the following described real property : Parcel “B” a portion of Tract 9 of Port Richey Land Company subdivision of Section 5 Township 26 South, Range 16 east, as shown on Plat recorded in Plat Book 1, pages 60 and 61 of the public records of Pasco County, Florida being further described as follows:
Commence at the southwest corner of the northwest ¼ of said Section 5; thence run along the south line of the northwest ¼ of said Section 5, South 89 degrees 28'52” east, a distance of 989.37 feet to the west line of said tract 9; thence along the west line of said tract 9, north 00 degrees 07'19”east, a distance of 15.00 feet for a point of beginning; the same being on the north boundary of the Port Richey Land Company original 30 foot wide road right-of-way; thence
continue north 00 degrees 07'19” east a distance of 543.92 feet; thence south 89 degrees 30'07” east, a Distance of 243.30 feet to the west right-of-way line of State Road No. 55, Section 14030 (U.S. Highway No. 19) as it is now established; thence along said west right-of-way line, south 00 degrees 31'08” west, a distance of 514.00 feet thence south 58 degrees 36'01” west, a distance of 28.38 feet; thence south 00 degrees 31' 08” west, a Distance of 15 feet to the north boundary line of said Port Richey Land Company original 30 foot road right-of-way; thence along the north boundary of said right-of-way, north 89 degrees 28'52” west, a distance of 219.53 feet to the point of beginning

I shall offer this property for sale “AS IS” on November 20, 2018, or as soon thereafter as possible, at 12:00 pm at PSO West Ops Lobby located at 7432 Little Rd, New Port Richey, FL 34654 in the County of Pasco, State of Florida. I will offer for sale all of the Defendant's right, title, and interest in aforesaid property at public outcry and will sell the same, subject to all prior liens, encumbrances, and judgments, if any, to the highest and best bidder or bidders for CASH, the proceeds to be applied as far as may be to the payment of costs and the satisfaction of the above-described execution.
