NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 13, 2018 entered in Civil Case No. 2017CA001266CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON TRUST, NA, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE, FOR THE BENEFIT OF REGISTERED HOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2007-AR1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AR1 is Plaintiff and ANDREW NICHOLSON and ANDREA C. NICHOLSON, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, PAULA O'NEIL, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Pasco County's On Line Public Auction website: www.pascorealforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on January 16, 2019, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located IN PASCO County, Florida, as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
