Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on November 08, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL DESCRIBED AS UNIT 7803, BUILDING 78, SEVEN SPRINGS VILLAS, UNIT ONE, A CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THEREOF, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF SEVEN SPRINGS VILLAS, UNIT ONE, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 685, PAGES 306 THROUGH 358 AND AMENDMENTS THERETO AND THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 141 THROUGH 144, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
