NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 27, 2018, and entered in 51-2016-CA-001840WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE RMAC TRUST, SERIES 2016-CTT is the Plaintiff and PATTI NEMETH A/K/A PATRICIA JO ANN NORTHEY A/K/A PATRICIA J. NEMETH ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PATTI NEMETH A/K/A PATRICIA JO ANN NORTHEY A/K/A PATRICIA J. NEMETH ; WILLIAM NEMETH A/K/A WILLIAM E. NEMETH are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on November 07, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
