NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 03, 2018, and entered in 2015CA002107CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE FOR JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2006-1 NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-1 is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE GATELEY FAMILY TRUST DATED SEPTEMBER 28, 2006; ROBERT E. GATELEY, JR.; DENNY L. GATELEY; PENNY LYNN SLEEPER; CHERYL GATELEY N/K/A CHERYL REDMAN; CINDY GATELEY ; ROBERT E. GATELEY, JR. AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE GATELEY FAMILY TRUST DATED SEPTEMBER 28, 2006 are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on November 08, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
