NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 10, 2018, entered in Civil Case No.: 2018CA000524CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, and THE ESTATE OF SHIRLEY M. DAIGNAULT A/K/A SHIRLEY MAXINE DAIGNAULT F/K/A SHIRLEY M. PAULA S. O'NEIL, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 15th day of November, 2018, the following described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
UNIT 813, MILLPOND TRACE, A CONDOMINIUM PHASE VIII, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OF THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1530, PAGE 978, AND ALL SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS SHOWN ON THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 74-76, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
