NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 14, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2018 CA 000920 CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein, RTE 1, LLC, is the Plaintiff, and HANIF ANDREWS AKA HANIF ABDUL ANDREWS, JENNIFER WISE AKA JENNIFER CHRISTINE WISE AKA JENNIFER ANDREWS, CITIBANK (SOUTH DAKOTA), N.A., BRIDGEWATER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, PAULA S. O'NEIL, PH.D., will sell to the highest bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, , at public sale on JANUARY 7, 2019, at 11:00 a.m., electronically online at http://www.pasco.realforeclose.com, the following-described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
