NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 14, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2016-CA-002988- ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC dba Champion Mortgage Company, is the Plaintiff and William S. Nemitz, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Debra G. Nemitz, are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 13th day of November, 2018 following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
