NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 1, 2018, entered in Case No. 2017CA002803CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee for ACE Securities Corp. Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2006-NC1, Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates is the Plaintiff and Eduardo Zelaya; Lysania Santiago a/k/a Santiago Lysania; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Quicken Loans Inc.; Wesley Pointe Homeowners Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Paula O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 8th day of November, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 144, WESLEY POINTE, PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 16-19, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
