NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated the 23rd day of August 2018, and entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on the 7th day of November 2018, the interest in real property situated in Lee County and described as:
LOTS 56 AND 57, BLOCK 3936, UNIT 54, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 79 THROUGH 91, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
