Final Judgment was awarded on November 17, 2016 in Civil Case No. 15-CA-050998, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON AS TRUSTEE FOR CWABS, INC. ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-8 is the Plaintiff, and DELORES D. RICHER; TODD G. RICHER; HARVES CREDIT MANAGMENT VII, LLC SUCESSOR IN INTEREST TO JUNIPER BANK; MIDLAND FUNDING LLC AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO CITIBANK USE, N.A.; TARGET NATIONAL BANK/TARGET VISA, A CORPORATION; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com on December 12, 2018 @ 09:00 am the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 12 AND 13, BLOCK 2393, UNIT 35, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 100 TO 111 INCLUSIVE IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
