Box 1507, Fort Myers, FL 33902-1507 Within 30 days of first date of publication and file the original in the offices of the Clerk of the Circuit Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
