IF YOU FAIL TO DO SO, A DEFAULT MAY BE ENTERED AGAINST YOU FOR THE RELIEF DEMANDED IN THE PETITION FOR TEMPORARY CUSTODY BY EXTENDED FAMILY MEMBER.
