NOTICE is given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 12, 2018, in the above-styled case in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes 9:00 a.m. on the 14 day of November, 2018, the following described property:
A tract or parcel of land situated in the State of Florida, County of Lee, Section 2, Township 45 South, Range 24 East, being a part of Lot 7, Colonial Sites, as recorded in Plat Book 28, Pages 161 and 162 of the Public Records of said Lee County, and further bounded and described as follows:
Starting at the northeast corner of said Lot 7 thence S 09°14'21” W along the northerly line of said Lot 7 for 136.00 feet to the Point of Beginning of the herein described parcel; thence S 00°45'39” E for 25.00 feet; thence S 14°47'49” E for 24.74 feet; thence S 00°45'39” E for 20.00 feet; thence N 89°14'21” E for 40.00 feet; thence S 00°45'39” E for 8.00 feet; thence N 89°14'21” E for 3.92 feet; thence S 00°45'39” E for 90.24 feet to a point on the southerly line of said Lot 7, said point being also on the northerly right-of-.way line of Medical Lane (50.00 feet wide, as recorded in Plat Book 28 at Page 161-162 of the Public Records of aforesaid Lee County); thence S 89°14'21” W along said right-of way line for 64.06 feet to the beginning of a curve concave to the northeast having a radius of 50.00 feet; thence northwesterly along said curve and said right-of-way line through a central angle of 41°24'30” for 36.14 feet to a point of reverse curve concave to the southwest having a radius of 50.00 feet; thence northwesterly along said curve and said right-of-way line through a central angle of 40°39'02” for 35.47 feet; thence N
00°00'11” W along the westerly line of the aforesaid Lot 7 for 142.26 feet to the northwest corner of said Lot 7; thence N 89°14'21” E along the aforesaid north line of Lot 7 for 77.73 feet to the Point of Beginning.
ANY PERSONS CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER SALE.
