NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 9th day of October, 2018, and entered in Case No. 17-CA-009602, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR SPECIALTY UNDERWRITING AND RESIDENTIAL FINANCE TRUST MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-BC4 is the Plaintiff and CLARENCE GARDENER; ESMAT SALIMA KARIMDADIAN A/K/A ESMAT SALIMA KARIMDADIAN-GARDENER A/K/A ESMAT GARDENER; CANTERBURY GLEN HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR WILMINGTON FINANCE, INC., A DELAWARE CORPORATION; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.
