NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 4, 2018, entered in Case No. 18-CA-003448 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Quimby Ventures, LLC is the Plaintiff and J. Fitzgerald Ward a/k/a J.F. Ward a/k/a J. Ward; Unknown Spouse of J. Fitzgerald Ward a/k/a J.F. Ward a/k/a J. Ward; American Express Bank, FSB ; Capital One Bank (USA), National Association f/k/a Capital One Bank; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Nominee for Mortgage Lenders Network USA, Inc. are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 5th day of November, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 392, MEADOWBROOK, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11 ON PAGE 71, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
