NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 12, 2018, and entered in Case No. 29-2018-CA-002504 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS, as Trustee for Residential Accredit Loans, Inc., Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-QO5, is the Plaintiff and Gira M. Patel a/k/a Gina M. Patel, Mukeshkumar N. Patel a/k/a Mukesh Kumar N. Patel a/k/a Mukesh N. Patel, Heritage Harbor Golf & Country Club Community Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 14th day of November, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
