LOT 6, IN BLOCK 17, OF ROOSEVELT GROVES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, AT PAGE 18, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
