NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of
Foreclosure dated October 2, 2018 entered in Case No. 2015- 006237-CI, Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR REGISTERED HOLDERS OF LONG BEACH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-2, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-2 is the Plaintiff, and ANDREW C. YASPARRO a/k/a ANDREW YASPARRO; ANDREW S. YASPARRO a/k/a ANDREW YASPARRO; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOW TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are the Defendants; Ken Burke, Clerk of the aforesaid Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 a.m. on November 1, 2018, the following described real property, situate and being in Pinellas County, Florida to-wit:
The East 150.40 feet of the West 950.40 feet of Lot 5, LESS the West 800 feet and LESS the North 196 feet, on plat of TAMPA AND TARPON SPRINGS LAND COMPANY SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 116, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, of which Pinellas County was formerly a part. TOGETHER WITH a Non-Exclusive Easement recorded in Official Records Book 11746, Page 610, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 2620 Trent Road, Palm Harbor, FL 34684, Florida.
Said sale will be made pursuant to and in order to satisfy the terms of said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
