Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on October 4, 2018, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL DESCRIBED AS UNIT 566, BUILDING 56, PHASE 1, THE WOODS AT ANDERSON PARK, A CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF THE WOODS AT ANDERSON PARK, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5732, PAGE 799, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS THERETO AND THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 75, PAGES 44 THROUGH 67, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 39650 US HWY 19 N #566, TARPON SPRINGS, FL 34689; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on November 2, 2018 at 10:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
