NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 6, 2018, entered in Case No. 18-001243-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust is the Plaintiff and Romulo Delacruz, Jr. a/k/a Romulo Q. Delacruz, Jr. a/k/a Romulo Delacruz a/k/a Romulo, Jr. Delacruz; Wilma Delacruz a/k/a Wilma L. Delacruz; Felix Rojas; Unknown Spouse of Felix Rojas; Mortgage Electronic Registration System, Inc., as nominee for American Mortgage Express Corp.; Sawgrass Village Homeowners Association, Inc.; Beazer Homes, Corp. are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 6th day of November, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 80, SAWGRASS VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 131, PAGES 71 THROUGH 87, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
