NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 10, 2018, entered in Civil Case No.: 16-005012-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONALTRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST SERIES 2006-FF1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FF1, Plaintiff, and MICHAEL A. HOOKS; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 A/K/A BRIAN RAIFORD; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #2 N/K/A DEONJALA RAIFORD, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 18th day of December, 2018, the following described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 9, WEDGEWOOD PARK SIXTH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 61, PAGE 54, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
