NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 25, 2018, entered in Case No. 17-002622-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Kathy L. Glass-Coffin a/k/a Kathy Lynn Glass-Coffin; Unknown Spouse of Kathy L. Glass-Coffin a/k/a Kathy Lynn Glass-Coffin; The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Estate of John K. Coffin, Sr. a/k/a John Kenneth Coffin, Sr. a/k/a John Kenneth Coffin a/k/a John K. Coffin, Deceased; Deborah Jean Ainslie a/k/a Deborah J. Ainslie a/k/a Deborah Jean Evans f/k/a Deborah Jean Calderon f/k/a Debbie Jean Coffin; Jacquelyn L. Rayburn a/k/a Jacqueline Louise Rayburn a/k/a Jackie Rayburn f/k/a Jackie Louise Coffin; John Kenneth Coffin, Jr. a/k/a John K. Coffin, Jr. a/k/a John K. Coffin are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 13th day of November, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK 2, STARKEY HEIGHTS UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 51, PAGE 12, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
