NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 27, 2018, and entered in Case No. 18-001654-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON TRUST, NA, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE F/B/O HOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST 2007-2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2 is Plaintiff and ALAN CHAPPLE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALAN CHAPPLE; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MADEIRA BAY RESORT II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. KEN BURKE, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 13th day of November, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 606, MADEIRA BAY RESORT II, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 144, PAGE(S) 65 THROUGH 72, INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15339, PAGES (S) 370 THROUGH 436 INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
