NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 27, 2018, entered in Case No. 2015-CA-011443-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET INVESTMENT LOAN TRUST MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-3 is the Plaintiff and George Lamm A/K/A George T Lamm; Donna Lamm; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to Be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants; Florida Kalanit 770 LLC; Avalon Park Property Owners Association, Inc.; United States Of America Internal Revenue Service; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; Tenant #4 are the Defendants, that Tiffany Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 13th day of November, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 48, BLOCK A, OF AVALON PARK SOUTH PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52 PAGE 113 THROUGH 124 INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
