NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Re-Open Case to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale and to Amend Final Judgment dated October 16, 2018 entered in Civil Case No.: 2017-CC-008016-O of the County Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Orlando, Florida, Foreclosure Sale will be held online via the Internet at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com pursuant to Judgment or Order of the Court and Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, at 11:00 AM on the 6th day of December, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 29, HEATHER GLEN AT MEADOW WOODS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGES 134-139 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
